In my journey as an artist, I have found that the way I view the world has changed, specifically the way I see the human face. It has changed to mirror the way I break down an object when drawing it. Rather than simply see a person's face, I find my self looking for the shapes and angles that create the structure of a face. I notice the ways light and shadow change with the movement of someone. This new way of looking at people makes faces more intersting to look at, as details I would have missed before have become things I subconsiously look for now.
